Oma
celebrated her 80^th birthday 
on April 24th, 2002.

And what a celebration it was!!! 

Well attended by Friends and Family that have made Oma's Life so very special over the years. 

Friends from all over the island came to Oma's cottage. Everyone brought a little something to eat. Some brought their music and song and all brought well wishes for the birthday girl. Oma was overwhelmed with the love that everyone shared with her on this her special day of light.

Four generations of Family traveled from 
Moser River Nova Scotia,
Sidney British Columbia,
Cowichan Bay BC, 
Seattle Washington, 
and San Clemente California 
to attend this cellebration.
