Your Shambhala on San Jaun Island
Oma's
cottage is available from May through September on a monthly basis. The rental
fee is $4,000 per month including all utilities. To encourage you to make this
your regular summer retreat we offer the following discount program linked to
your damage deposit.

Your Damage Deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease term but does not accrue any interest. It is by applying your deposit to our home equity line of credit that we are able to offer you these discounts. Damage Deposits of $10,000 or more will be secured by promisory notes properly executed and registered against the value of the property which is currently estimated at $500,000
Once you have paid your deposit, time allocation is made on a first come first serve basis. If you are unable to take a full month away from your practice we might be able to accommodate you by offering two separate two week time slots. Please e-mail or call us for details.
