Mother has been very appreciative the last two days of how wonderful she has it here. She has commented on it numerous times and even said to Trish, the visiting nurse, that she is ready to die but feels that by saying that, she is ungreatful for the wonderful life that she has here now. The last couple of days she has truly enjoyed her world and has used her famous German quote "how can anyone have it so good" many times.

When the anxiety is kept at bay with the medication her perspective is indeed wonderful and she is pleasant and cheerful at times. We now have a drug regimen that seems to work pretty well for the moment. I am pretty tired right now so I will just let the pictures speak for themselves.

Yesterday our neighbor Arne's turned 90. We went to share in the celebration of his birthday party in the afternoon. His son Steve and daughter-in-law Darlene organized a wonderful gathering for him. Arne has been a special part of Oma's time here at her Shambhala.

On a beam of light,
Thomas
